2. Language Self-Evaluation(s)
3. Information about your interest in your host country
4. Recommendation(s):  2 recommendation letters required for Research Award, Arts Research Award, and Austria Combined Awards; 1 academic recommendation letter for Study Award and Arts Study Award; 1 teaching-focused recommendation form for ETA Award. Recommendations are due May 13, 2024 at 9:00 am CT, so that you have 3 hours to submit your complete application.

6. Upload to Survey Monkey: Fulbright plan and preparation document (please follow the template in the 2024 Fulbright Shared Box folder). Please note that Research Award, Arts Research Award, and Austria Combined Awards applicants also will be expected to upload a letter of affiliation.

These and any other supporting documents in your 2024 Fulbright Campus Endorsement Application may be shared with members of the campus interview committee and the CCRF team

Please note:

• There are 8 tasks in this application. The Campus Endorsement Application will automatically hide some tasks once you select your award type on the Applicant Information form and mark that task as complete.
• Please remember to SELECT "MARK AS COMPLETE" when you have finalized each part of the application. You can select "Save and Continue Editing" if you need to return to a part of the application at a later date and make edits. 
• You will only be able to submit the application once all tasks have been complete and your recommendation(s) have been uploaded by your recommender(s).
• Please remember to SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION when you are finished. You will know you are finished when you see a message on the screen thanking you for submitting your application. You will also get an email letting you know that your application was successfully submitted. If you press submit and don't get an email confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
• The information submitted as part of your Fulbright Campus Endorsement Application, including the documents listed above, will be read by the interview committee and CCRF staff.  Therefore, you should only submit polished and edited materials.
